Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Langedrag Naturpark AS
1. Parties
1.1. These terms apply between the person making the reservation ("Guest") and Langedrag Naturpark AS, org. no. 987 654 321 ("Langedrag Naturpark AS"), hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties". The agreement is considered concluded when the Guest has received a booking confirmation from Langedrag Naturpark AS.
2. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation
2.1. A booking is binding when Langedrag Naturpark AS has sent a written confirmation to the email address provided during the booking.
2.2. For prepaid prices, the full amount is charged at the time of booking. For other prices, payment must be made no later than upon arrival. Langedrag Naturpark AS accepts the most common credit and debit cards but reserves the right to reject other payment methods.
2.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make an independent booking. For bookings made for minors, the person making the booking is fully responsible for payment and stay.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. The park is open from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival, and the room is ready for check-in at 4:00 PM.
3.2. The park closes at 6:00 PM on the day of departure, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
4. Cancellation and No-show
4.1. Cancellation free of charge must be made no later than 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
4.2. For cancellations between 13 and 1 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed price will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked.
4.3. In case of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.
5. Guest's Responsibility
5.1. The Guest is obliged to follow Langedrag Naturpark AS's house rules, including no smoking or pets where applicable. Violation of house rules may result in additional charges for cleaning or compensation for damages.
5.2. The Guest is responsible for their own luggage and valuables. Langedrag Naturpark AS disclaims liability for loss or damage to belongings stored in rooms or common areas, except in cases of gross negligence or intent by Langedrag Naturpark AS.
5.3. If the Guest wishes to bring pets, this must be clarified with Langedrag in advance, and may incur additional costs.
6. Langedrag Naturpark AS's Obligations
6.1. Langedrag Naturpark AS commits to making the room available at the agreed standard. In case of overbooking or technical issues that make the room unavailable, the Guest will be offered a comparable or better room at Langedrag Naturpark AS or another nearby accommodation free of charge.
6.2. Langedrag Naturpark AS will take reasonable measures to ensure the Guest's safety and maintain order and peace in common areas.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. None of the Parties is liable for non-performance due to events beyond their control, including fire, natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, the agreement may be terminated without liability for compensation.
8. Personal Data and Cookies
8.1. Langedrag Naturpark AS processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. This includes processing names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, payment information, and stay history. For complete information, see our Privacy Policy.
8.2. The website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality and improve the user experience. No sensitive personal data is stored in cookies.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. According to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 m, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided at a specific time or within a specified period.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
10.1. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the matter shall be settled by the ordinary courts with Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
10.2. Norwegian laws and regulations apply to this agreement.
Terms and Conditions for Activities, Animal Experiences, and Admission Tickets
1. Parties
1.1. These terms apply between the person making the booking ("Participant") and Langedrag Naturpark AS, org. no. 987 654 321 ("Langedrag Naturpark AS"), hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties". The agreement is considered concluded when the Participant has received a booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. The booking is binding once full payment has been registered with Langedrag Naturpark AS.
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking online or by phone. Activities and tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
3. Cancellation, Changes, and No-show
3.1. Changes to the date/time must be notified in writing no later than 14 days before the scheduled activity.
3.2. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before or no-show for the agreed activity, no refund will be given.
3.3. Langedrag Naturpark AS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to too few participants, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded.
4. Participant's Responsibility and Requirements
4.1. Participants are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
4.2. Participants must show up at the agreed time and place, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.
4.3. Participants must follow all instructions from guides and staff.
4.4. Age limits and safety requirements must be followed. Failure to comply may result in denied participation without refund.
4.5. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. No refund will be given in such cases.
4.6. Participants are financially responsible for damage or loss to equipment caused by negligent or intentional actions.
5. Langedrag Naturpark AS's Responsibility
5.1. Langedrag Naturpark AS commits to conducting the activities in accordance with the described standards and safety regulations.
5.2. We provide the necessary equipment, permits, and qualified personnel.
5.3. All activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Liability for personal injury or material damage is disclaimed except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
6. Force Majeure and Weather Conditions
6.1. Events beyond the control of Langedrag Naturpark AS (fire, natural disasters, terrorism, government decisions) entitle cancellation or rescheduling of activities without liability.
6.2. Langedrag Naturpark AS may cancel activities in unsafe weather conditions. Paid amounts will be refunded or transferred to a new date upon the Participant's request.
7. Insurance
7.1. Participants are advised to have valid travel insurance covering illness, accidents, cancellation, and repatriation.
8. Personal Data and Cookies
8.1. We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses to provide necessary information and contact in case of changes.
8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
8.3. The website uses cookies for functionality and analytics. No personal data is stored in cookies, and we do not share data with third parties.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1. According to the Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 m, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities and tickets with a fixed date or time period.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
