Come with us into wolves’ abode!
Experience the wolves from just a few meters distance, and learn about the wolves’ behaviour and instincts
The wolf is an animal both loved and feared by people, but in this activity you will become more familiar with this mythical and beautiful animal. To sit without a barrier between you and the wolves is an amazing experience.
We arrange these trips to give our guests more knowledge and experience on the wolves. We have had wolves since 1981 and during this time we have gained much knowledge and experience.
Price: 990 NOK per person
Who: For people above the age of 15. You must also be able to move in uneven terrain and sit still for extended periods of time.
When: Trips into the wolf enclosure can be booked all days on which the park is open – contact us if you are a group or have other wishes (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Duration: the activity takes around 1 hour in total. You must walk for a slight portion of this, but you mostly sit still.
Where to meet: Meet in the reception around 5 minutes before scheduled time.
Includes: A guide with great knowledge who takes you into the wolf enclosure and tells stories, explains the wolves’ behaviour and teaches you about them and why the wolf is so important for both nature and Langedrag.
What will you learn? The language of the wolf, how do they communicate? What instincts does it have? Why is the relationship between wolf and man so strained?
Important to remember: Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, as it can get quite cold. Wear gloves/mittens no matter the temperature.
Do you wish to try both a lynx and wolf visit? We have a package with a total price of 1500 NOK for both. Order it here
Can you not find an open space for the wanted day? Send us a mail at email@example.com – and we will see if we can find an open time for you, or that you be put in queue.
NB! We need a minimum of 2 people in order to proceed with this guided tour.
