Description
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, minus a 5% service charge.
This apartment has easy access both in summer and winter and the car can be parked right outside.
The apartment is modern with comfortable furniture and functional solutions to accommodate up to 7 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook both small and large meals.
The apartment has 7 ordinary beds in 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds in double bed (width: 150 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 3 (or 2) beds in family bunk bed (width: 120 cm down, 90 cm up)
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds in double bed / sofa bed in the loft (width: 150 cm)
The tenant must bring firewood and general consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen cloth / towel, etc. The landlord only wants to rent to families (not companies).
In the summer season there is walking distance to the golf course (with cafe and restaurant), and great opportunities for hiking, biking, and fishing. In the winter season you have ski in/out access to Nesfjellet Alpine Resort. If you would rather go cross-country skiing, you can enjoy the superb, groomed ski trail network, starting by the alpine resort.

Directions
The address is Glimmerveien 12A, 3540 Nesbyen: From Rv7 follow signs to Nesbyen city center. From the roundabout follow signs for Tunhovd / Rødberg. After 8km turn left, sign Nesbyen Alpinsenter. After crossing the ski slope, turn left and pass the alpine slope on the right. Continue straight ahead and in the first cross to the left. Night 101 is in 3rd building on the right side of the road. Entrance to the Alpine resort, apartment 3E. Code box on the right side of the entrance door.
