"Kreklinghytta", spacious and luxurious cabin

Cancellation Policy: Moderate -Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, minus a 5% service charge.

The cabin is beautifully located with a view of Nesfjellet Alpin, and borders the large cross-country trail network. In the summer season it is walking distance to Nesfjellet Golf (9 hole course with café and restaurant), and great opportunities for hiking, biking and fishing. See Ut.no for tour suggestions.

The cottage is brand new and modern and can be rented for up to 6 people.

The cottage has a loft living room with Smart TV and two good loft bedrooms on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed and the guest room with family bunk. Living room and open kitchen. 

Kitchen / dining room with plenty of space. Small bar solution w / two bar stools. combi-cabinet with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, mixmaster, waffle iron and toaster.

Main bathroom consists of sink, toilet, shower and sauna.  A small extra toilet attached to master bedroom downstairs. Washing machine located in outside storage room.

The cabin is so new that the terrace will not be built until the summer, but the fire pit is in place.

Note! The responsible tenant must be over 25 years old and must be present at the cabin throughout the rental period. Preferably rented out only to families.

Cottage has 8 beds in 4 bedrooms:

• 2 bedrooms on the loft, each with its own double bed. 2 beds in double bed
• 1 master bedroom with double bed and views of the alpine slopes
• 1 guest room with family bunk (width: 150cm bottom bunk and 90 cm top bunk)

The cabin owner rents out to a maximum of 6 guests at a time.

Bed linen / towels can be rented or you may bring your own. All duvets are 200 cm x 140 cm.

Remember to bring:

• Firewood.
• Consumables such as toilet paper, candles, matches, wood briquettes, shower gel, etc.
• Bed linen and towels, if you do not want to rent.

Electricity

Electricity of up to NOK 300 per day is included in the rent. All consumption above this will be invoiced after the stay.
