About the place

The cabin is an old, charming log cabin (age unknown), while the annex is originally from 1907. The old character is retained, but with all of today's comfort. The cabin is located in quiet surroundings in what was Norway's largest hamlet after the war, but  with a short way to all activities. Nes Nordmark has one of Norway's largest trail networks in winter, unprecedented amounts of hiking trails and a very well-developed network for cyclists.

In the main cabin

• The main cabin consists of entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom w / sauna, living room, 2 bedrooms and outside storage room.
  
• The dining table in the kitchen in the main cabin seats 8 people.
• In the living room there is a sofa and chairs for at least 8. There is also a fireplace and TV.
• The kitchen has a refrigerator (separate freezer in the storage room), dishwasher, stove with induction hob and oven.
• The kitchen is well equipped (but does not have a microwave)
• New, modern bathroom with tiled floor w / heating, towel rack w / heating, shower corner, small washing machine, water closet, sink and separate sauna with dry cloth strings.
• There is a shoe dryer in the hallway.

In the annex

• The annex has a bathroom, living room and two bedrooms.
  
• In the living room there's a TV and seating for 4.
• There are opportunities to make a cup of tea or coffee, but not a full kitchen.
• New and modern bathroom with WC, shower corner, sink and tiled floor w / heating.

Bedrooms

Main cabin:

• 1. Bedroom - double bed 180 cm wide. S
• 2. Bedroom. 2 separate beds of 90 cm.

The annex:

• 1. Bedroom - double bed 150 cm.
• 2. Bedroom - bunk bed of 120 cm + 80 cm.

Outdoor area

Nice and sunny patio to the south. 5 chairs with adjustable back + small table. No dining table.

The cottage has both hiking trails and ski trails outside the living room door. In addition, it is a short drive (less than 15 minutes) to Nesbyen with shops, Nesbyen Alpinsenter, Golfbane, Nystølen ski lift and cafe, as well as Myking and other hiking, biking and skiing destinations. Langedrag nature park is 24 minutes away, 45 minutes to Bjørneparken in Flå, 35 minutes to Badeland on Gol.

Consumables

Bring bed linen and towels (if you do not want to rent this), hand soap / shower soap, candles / tealights, matches, toilet / paper towels, kitchen towels / cloths, garbage bags, coffee filter and other relevant consumables! Firewood is included.
