Large and beautiful apartment within walking distance to Nesfjellet Alpine + ski in-ski out. The ski resort is located at approximately 750 meters above sea level and has 14 slopes. If you enjoy cross-country skiing, there are excellent trails right outside the door. In the summer, you can take a round of golf or stop by the golf cafe for something to eat or drink. There are many hiking and biking opportunities in the area.

The apartment is on two floors, 110 sqm, with four good bedrooms, a bathroom and sauna, a loft living room, and a living room/kitchen with access to a balcony. From here, you have a beautiful view with sun throughout the afternoon.

Open living-kitchen solution with a nice dining area and comfortable sofa and chairs by the fireplace. Dining table with plenty of space for 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen for 8 people. In the hallway, there is a practical solution with tiles and underfloor heating. Wood stove, firewood is included. In the upper floor, there is a nice loft living room with a sofa and TV corner. A bathroom on each floor, both with a shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the largest bathroom. There is also a sauna with good opportunities to dry clothes. Direct access to the west-facing terrace. In the summer, it is furnished with a table and chairs. If the sun becomes too strong, there is an awning. TV with Chrome Cast. Garage with space for 2 cars. It is not possible to charge an electric car.

The apartment has 4 good bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): Large double bed (160x200 cm)

Bedroom 2: Single bed (75 x 200 cm)

Bedroom 3: Family bunk bed (90 x 200 cm upper and 120 x 200 cm lower)

Bedroom 4: Large room on the second floor, double bed (160x200 cm) and sofa bed if needed.

All sleeping arrangements have 1 pillow (50x70 cm) and 1 duvet (140x220 cm).

Bed linen can be rented or brought by guests.

Good to know:

Firewood is included.

Electricity consumption over 300 NOK per day will be invoiced afterward.

The road is cleared all the way to the apartment.

Summer:

• Hiking: Short way to a number of family-friendly mountain hikes in the high mountains with fantastic views. See Ut.no for maps and hike suggestions.

• Mountain biking: Nesbyen is one of the country's best places for mountain biking. The trail HallingSpranget (from Nesfjellet to Nesbyen center) is one of Europe's longest MTB trails. Mountain bikes can be rented in Nesbyen. See Trailguide.net for maps of the trails.

• Swimming: A number of waters and rivers in the area.

• Fishing: Lots of great fishing both in mountain lakes and in the Hallingdal river.

• Langedrag Nature Park: Fantastic zoo approx. 30 min from Nesfjellet.

• Nesfjellet Golf: 9-hole mountain course, with driving range, two practice greens and café / restaurant, located walking distance from the cabin.

Nesbyen center has a number of different restaurants. Nystølkroken Café on Nesfjellet is open all year round. In the winter you get good food at Nesfjellet Alpin, while in the summer you can enjoy the café at Nesfjellet Golf.

Consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand and shower soap and the like.
