Welcome to a brand-new and modern cabin with all amenities, located right next to Nesfjellet Alpin. The cabin is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with panoramic views of the mountains, where you can enjoy long sunny days and breathtaking sunsets overlooking Hardangervidda, Hallingskarvet, and the Hemsedal mountains. The cabin offers a consistently high standard and features five bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Here, you can truly relax in comfortable surroundings.

With ski-in/ski-out access to both cross-country and alpine skiing, the cabin is ideally located for winter activities. It is also close to the start of the popular Hallingspranget bike trail. In winter, you can easily access the nearest cross-country trail, or hit the slopes at the ski resort, which offers something for everyone, including a great children’s area and a terrain park with exciting jumps. The ski resort also features varied slopes for different skill levels. The lodge invites you to après-ski almost every Saturday from Christmas until Easter. In summer, there is a wide range of activities to enjoy. You can head to Ålsvatn for fishing, go hiking in the mountains, or cycle on prepared bike trails directly from the cabin. From the cabin, you can easily bike to the top of the Panorama lift and experience Nesfjellet’s new summer attraction, Hallingspranget – a 17 km bike trail that winds down to Nesbyen town center, where a shuttle bus awaits for the return trip to the top. This is a fantastic experience for both children and adults. Learn more at hallingspranget.no. Right next to the ski resort, you will also find a 9-hole golf course with two driving ranges.

Nesfjellet isn’t just for the active. Just a 35-minute drive from the cabin is Langedrag Nature Park, where you can meet both wild and domesticated animals, try dog sledding, or join a sleigh ride through the beautiful landscape – offering a unique nature experience for the whole family. Nesbyen town center, with shops and restaurants, is about 15 minutes away. Here, you will also find Hallingdal Museum, beautifully located by the Rukkedals River. The museum offers various events, theme days, and exhibitions throughout the year.

The cabin has 12 beds distributed across 5 bedrooms:

Ground floor:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm).
• 2 bedrooms with family bunk beds (90x200 cm upper, 150x200 cm lower).

Second floor:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).
• 1 bedroom with a daybed (80/160x200 cm).

All beds come with 1 pillow (50x70 cm) and 1 duvet (140x220 cm). Bed linens and towels can be rented or brought by guests.

Kitchen and Living Area:

Spacious, open-plan living room and kitchen. The dining area seats 10, with an additional high chair for children. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities. The loft living room has a TV and a good selection of board games.

Bathrooms:

• One bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
• One bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna.

Other:

• The road is plowed all the way to the cabin, with no toll fee. Parking is available at the cabin.
• Electric car charging is available with an approved charger.
• Outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill are provided.
• Electricity up to NOK 300 per day is included in the rental. Any additional usage will be billed after the stay.

Please remember to bring:

• Consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, coffee filters, candles, matches, fire briquettes, charcoal for the grill, etc.
• Firewood
• Bed linens and towels if you do not wish to rent them.
