Via Ferrata Red route

This climbing route has a higher degree of difficulty than the green route and requires good climbing experience.

The red route has a length of 550 m, and it has the same number of altitude meters as the green, 225 m. The red goes almost vertically up the wall the first 150 meters, but then a little slacker until it joins the green route. Shortly after the two routes meet, a picnic area has been built where you can sit down and enjoy. From here it is a bit more relaxed climbing which eventually turns into somewhat tougher challenges again. At the very top, a 'Nepal bridge' has been built. For those who do not want to cross this, you can disconnect from the trail and walk the last few meters up to the top of Ravnfloget.

Although the red route is steep and exposed, solid footsteps and handles make you feel safe.

The meeting point is the service/emergency building after approx. 10 minutes' walk on the path laid up to Vegatrappa!
