"Arve-bu", spacious and cozy timber cabin

Spacious and cozy log cabin located in Tverrlia at Nesfjellet Alpin. The cabin is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with a west-facing position where you can enjoy long hours of sunlight and beautiful views, hear the babbling of a stream, and the chirping of birds.

The cabin borders recreational areas with hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks for both short and long trips, just a few meters from the cabin door. Check Ut.no for hiking suggestions. A short walk to Nesfjellet Golf (9-hole course with a café and restaurant) and after-ski.

The cabin spans two levels. Internally, it has a well-thought-out layout and is tastefully furnished. It accommodates 12 people with 4 bedrooms, a centrally located cozy fireplace, and natural slate flooring throughout the first floor. The first floor includes an entrance, open kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry room with access to a sauna. External storage space at the entrance. The living room opens onto a terrace. In the hallway, there is a staircase leading up to the loft, which contains a loft lounge with access to a balcony, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The cabin has 12 sleeping spots (9 spots suitable for adults and 3 spots suitable for children) distributed across 4 bedrooms.

1st Floor: 

- 1 bedroom with a double bed 180x200 + a single bed 80x200.

- 1 bedroom with a family bunk bed 120x200, 2 downstairs + 1 upstairs.

2nd Floor: 

- 1 bedroom with a double bed 120x200 + a single bed 80x200.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed 120x200 + a single bed 80x200.

Bed linens/towels can be rented or brought by guests. All duvets are 200 cm x 140 cm.

Living Spaces:

- Living room on the 1st floor.

- Dining room with seating for 12 + high chair.

- Lounge with seating for 7 + 2 comfortable armchairs.

- 50" TV with sound system. Access to selected channels and Chrome Cast.

- Separate JBL sound system for Bluetooth.

- Centrally located wood-burning stove with glass doors.

- Good selection of board games.

Bathroom:

1st Floor:

- Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer.

- Spacious sauna for 4-6 people.

2nd Floor:

- Shower, toilet, sink with cabinet.

The road is plowed all the way to the cabin upon notification of arrival. No toll fees.

Parking space for 2 cars in the cabin driveway. Additional parking available in a turnaround 40 meters from the cabin.

Possibility of charging an electric car with an approved charger. External power outlet at the entrance.

Fiber internet connection via a code provided in the cabin. TV connected to fiber with selected channels + Chrome Cast.

Outdoor furniture, fire pit, and charcoal grill.

Main water tap and circuit breaker box are located in an internal storage/technical room. Instructions for this are posted in the storage room.

Upon departure:

- Set the 1st-floor bathroom to 12 degrees.

- Hallway to 10 degrees.

- 2nd-floor bathroom at * (not specified).

Note: The responsible tenant must be over 25 years old and must be present at the cabin at all times during the rental period.

Remember to bring:

- Consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, candles, matches, firelighters, shower gel, etc.

- Bed linens and towels if you choose not to rent them.
